We have a well-trained field force that is equipped to efficiently handle it and ensure faster and more secure rentals.
Rental Brokerage Service:
The service enables you to sit back and relax while we show your property to prospects and close the rental for you.
On receiving a request along with your rental expectation, we will do a feasibility analysis of the property rentals in that locality through primary and secondary sources within 3 business days.
If the market rental is close to your expectation, we will proceed with the order, else we may request you to alter your expectations based on the market conditions.
Only upon mutual agreement on the rental expectation, you will be requested to pay us the initial fees towards listing your property.
We will do a physical verification of the property, measure the property, take photographs and then post it to the OAS Groups Facebook Page.
We may also list your property in different third party classifieds, relevant real estate property portals and other offline media as per need.
We will be your single point contact for all enquiries and will show the property to prospects based on their convenience and availability.
Keys to the house will be required for this purpose and will be kept under our safe custody during the progress of this order.
Our representative will ensure that the property is properly locked before they leave, each time they show the property to a prospect.
We will update you with the contacts as well as the expectations of the prospects and will assist you in deciding on the right prospect.
Basic tenant verification will be done, once you finalize the tenant by way of company and government ID verification.
In case of any issues with the prospect’s credentials, we will alert you immediately.
We can also help you with the rental agreement draft, if needed, at an extra service cost.
And we always represent only one party in any transaction, so your interests are always protected.

Brokerage Fee on Success (Condition apply)
{*If closure is through OAS Team then 1 month Rent
If closure is through your lead then 10 days Rent)

Taxes:All applicable taxes included in service fees.
Disclaimers:Service fee mentioned will be applicable only within city limits (25 Km radius). For places beyond the city limits, additional service fee may apply and will be billed extra.
OAS Groups reserves the right to not service a request if it is deemed to be infeasible as per its evaluation.
By accepting to pay the initial fees, you are accepting to pay the brokerage fee on success.
Brokerage Fee on Success to be paid within 7 days of signing rental agreement.
